The ease to setup new products, category management in general - not only as an administrator but also from front-end user perspective was great! It helped us save time when managing our product catalogue with multiple departments (eCommerce website manager etc.). There are some minor issues related to customization which were resolved by contacting customer support team without any hassle at all. I would recommend taking help out if needed before you reach to conclusion that it's best fit your needs or otherwise continue using other solutions available till then since everything else has been working fine so far. We have used Catman tool internally within my organization primarily because we wanted better control over categories/categories hierarchy while creating them during Product Data Entry process. Also easy categorization allowed me to quickly filter through thousands upon thousand records per day rather than searching manually each single one by 1.
