Top OK but Unexciting
This top is 'OK' which means there's nothing wrong with it, but nothing exciting about it either. Gave it to my 10 year old granddaughter. Mom said she wanted black with lace so I ordered it. My granddaughter didn't even try it on because she didn't like it when it was plain. There is a small lace at the hem as shown.
