the price is good but there were problems with spare parts. The corner brushes were irregularly shaped and initially didn't work at all on carpets (keep getting caught under carpets). I was advised to put them in hot water to reshape them, which I did, and then weight them down to keep them flatter. (REQUIRES VERY hot water to work) This worked and seems to have fixed the issue. (all 3 had this problem) The round brush cleaner works fine but it cracked/broken after a few weeks of use. I put a strip of tape on it and that fixed the problem and it still works fine. If I were to buy it again I would attach the tape before using. I haven't had any issues with the rotating brush and whisk and they work well. All filters had to remove and reapply the foam sealing tape which was a lot of hassle but seemed to work after that. However, I wouldn't recommend using it without fixing this issue first. Update: Amyhouse surprised me and offered to send me 5 more filters after I gave my first review. They arrived along with another 3 prong side brush and a 6 prong side brush (which I didn't know was made and haven't tried yet). I have to heat treat them before using them like I've done with others as they are very bowl shaped. The new filters have the foam positioned better than the first ones, so only the bottom corners had to be moved before they could be used. The solution is much simpler than the first.
