This product helps us to connect our teams who are located across world in different time zones which was very helpful for working remotely as well! Nothing so far i don't like about it but all looks good till now!! So this software will definitely help you if u want remote support or connecting people from multiple locations at one place then third lane web cam can do wonders.

! It's great tool when we have client meetings where there may be more than 1 person present. When its just me alone I use google hangout instead of calling clients directly.
