Fit or Flop? My Experience with the EILISON FitMax 3D XL Vibration Plate
I had high hopes for the EILISON FitMax 3D XL Vibration Plate, but my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the detachable surface and loop bands provided a variety of workout options, making it a versatile piece of equipment. On the other hand, the vibration settings were a bit too intense for my liking and left my muscles feeling more jiggly than toned. Additionally, the jumbo size of the plate made it difficult to store in my small apartment. Overall, while this may work well for some, it's not necessarily the right fit for everyone.
