This is one of the few items I've found that work reliably with Mac Bluetooth. It turns off automatically if you haven't used it for a while, but warns you on your Mac screen that it's turning off. However, after a few months of use, I found that it would not connect. I assumed it needed charging so I charged it and didn't use it for about a week as I didn't need it. When I tried to use it I still couldn't connect it. I tried several times, used the prescribed method (backspace + enter) and nothing happened. I was about to throw it in the trash and a few days later tried it one last time (I've been trying for days) and suddenly it was working again, no pairing required.
