NO CLEAR or A/C function

It took several attempts to connect, my Mac kept prompting me to press keys that weren't on the numeric keypad. After a few tries and visiting the Macally website (which didn't have my issue) I just tried skipping the steps to get it 'recognized' and used it with no problems. My wife (who wanted a 10 key number pad) quickly noticed that there is NO delete key on this keyboard, only a space bar to delete the current numbers one by one. We have to click on "Delete" in the calculator app with the…

Pros
  • COMFORTABLE AND ERGONOMIC DESIGN: 18 full-size silent keys numeric keypad is easy and convenient to use. In addition, the oblique tilt helps to avoid wrist strain.
Cons

Pretty good keyboard, just wish it had up/down arrows!

This keyboard works great for me. I connect it to my MacBook and use it to enter student grades. Saves me loads of time so I don't have to fiddle with the number keys on the top row of the keyboard. The only downside is that it really needs an up and down arrow. My online grading system requires me to jump from box to box occasionally, so jumping to the keyboard isn't too convenient. But overall it's still better than no keyboard, so the teacher is happy.

Pros
  • SMART, LONG-LASTING BATTERY DESIGN: This Macally Bluetooth keypad features an auto-sleep function, a rechargeable battery and an on/off switch for long-term use.
Cons
  • Some little things

Holds a charge, doesn't bother, but works patchy after a few months

This is one of the few items I've found that work reliably with Mac Bluetooth. It turns off automatically if you haven't used it for a while, but warns you on your Mac screen that it's turning off. However, after a few months of use, I found that it would not connect. I assumed it needed charging so I charged it and didn't use it for about a week as I didn't need it. When I tried to use it I still couldn't connect it. I tried several times, used the prescribed method (backspace + enter) and…

Cool little device and GREAT support!

This little keyboard is lightweight and has fantastic battery life when you turn it off after use. My problem was that the number keys didn't register after charging! Only the backspace and character keys work. After extensive Googling, I suspected it had something to do with the NUMLOCK status on my laptop, but my small laptop didn't have a NUMLOCK key, so I was at a loss. I was ready to give it up when I finally went to their website and found the tech support contact address. I emailed them…

Cons
  • Damaged

Write this review while you set up the keyboard and update it if anything changes. I can't confirm the battery life yet, but I couldn't find anywhere in my research that I can connect multiple keyboards at the same time. I originally bought the Apple Bluetooth Magic Keyboard without a number pad because I didn't need it. I just got a new computer app that requires a number pad and I was able to successfully pair the two. Didn't connect right away but followed the troubleshooting in the box…
