This little keyboard is lightweight and has fantastic battery life when you turn it off after use. My problem was that the number keys didn't register after charging! Only the backspace and character keys work. After extensive Googling, I suspected it had something to do with the NUMLOCK status on my laptop, but my small laptop didn't have a NUMLOCK key, so I was at a loss. I was ready to give it up when I finally went to their website and found the tech support contact address. I emailed them and within minutes I got a call from Ontario, Canada! The problem really was that the NUMLOCK function was disabled on the laptop and since I didn't have a dedicated key for it, I actually had to bring up the on-screen keyboard and activate it that way. Once that was done, the keyboard worked great! I hope this helps someone else as I saw that someone had this problem and sent the devices back. Please try this before you give up!
