Update: The seller replaced the broken strap free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement strap doesn't fit my watch properly, even though it's the right size. I don't put it on or take it off my watch as I only have one strap. It's so faint that when I lift the sleeve of my coat or sweatshirt to check the time, the needle pops out and the watch falls.
