That's when I discovered that the included screws had a serious problem - they weren't sitting flush with the metal plates. This does not allow the top brackets that are supposed to hold the mirror to snap into place (!), rendering the product unusable. Product. I would like the seller/manufacturer to send me a replacement without these issues. What a waste of time and money! And now there are eight useless holes in my wall. Save money for something more reliable.
