Ability to adjust top hangers simplifies installation

I had to rehang a heavy door mirror after the contractor hung the mirror poorly and it became loose. The adjustable ability of the top hangers makes installation easier. I also used mirror glue and now the mirror is securely attached to the door.

Ideal clips in hardware

These clips solved a one man installation problem when I was installing a 4x6 vanity mirror in my bathroom. I was able to fit the mirror into the bottom track and then press it directly into these clips against the wall. I pushed the moving part down slightly to grab the mirror. Great design.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

A few problems

1. The top brackets cannot be mounted with the supplied screws. The screws are not countersunk deep enough in the bracket for the clip to slide down. I was able to give the clip a concave bend so it went inward.2. Too much play on 1/4" glass clamps. Fits 5/16" glass. I trimmed the inside of the clip to keep the mirror from slipping.3. Designed for only 20 pounds. A 1/4" mirror , which is mounted on the back of the door, weighs more.

Cons

like you would use at the bottom of kitchen chairs/stools.

I bought these hidden mirror brackets to mount a large full length mirror on the back of my bedroom door. I used 6 of these holders, 2 on the bottom, 2 on the sides and 2 on the top. My mirror probably wasn't a full 1/2 inch so there was a small gap between the mirror and the edge of the holders. This gap caused the mirror to move slightly and make a noise when the door was opened or closed. To solve this I took some adhesive backed felt you would use on the underside of kitchen chairs/stools…

Pros
  • Decent performance

Screws included render product unusable

I bought this to hang a heavy frameless mirror in my home gym. own cache). I aligned everything and attached the top metal plates. That's when I discovered that the included screws had a serious problem - they weren't sitting flush with the metal plates. This does not allow the top brackets that are supposed to hold the mirror to snap into place (!), rendering the product unusable. Product. I would like the seller/manufacturer to send me a replacement without these issues. What a waste of time…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion
