It's not worth it! Cuticle Oil

I never write reviews but I had to for this product. First, the knobs don't rotate. Second, where's the smell? The only thing I smell is lavender. Lemon is very light. But others, nothing. no smell The consistency of the oil is pleasant. Not too runny.
