I ordered a pair with the gusset and without, 12x8 and 8x6 I think. I also recently ordered a TON of similar brackets from all over. The gusseted version is similar in apparent sturdiness, and perhaps even superior in quality, to the second best brace I could find which came from lowes. That brace is nice too (out of 10+, the lowes and these were the ONLY ones actually a true 90 degrees), but—they cost almost 150$ for a pair. These are legitimately a third of the price for essentially the same product. You can’t beat it. The non gusset version is very thick and sturdy too, and also a true 90. These were good enough I got on here and wrote a review for corner brackets, trust me that’s saying something.
