I just got this item and installed on my RAV4 2021 and it fits perfectly the only thing I didn’t like was that bring 2 rubber mats that you put in the holes. They were so hard to get in and make them look nice because the material of the organizer and the mats are made for them to just stay there and don’t slide which is good cause you make sure your things are not going to fall but makes them kind of hard to place them all the way to the back.FYI this item help you keep small stuff organize in your car like note pads pens and yes I can fit my phone just make sure the cover is not too thick or it you won’t be able to put it in.
