Review on VViViD Epoxy High Gloss Carbon Fiber Automotive Vinyl Wrap (Grey by Charlie Dillon

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty cool - 1st time. Suburban LTZ

First of all, this is the first time I've used any type of vinyl wrap. After some research I decided to try Vvivid Carbon. It is definitely thick and high quality material. I used a heat gun to install them on my 2014 Suburban LTZ. I hated the wood grain interior and wanted some changes. I started with the rear window trim which I found to be a pretty good fit and gave me an idea of how to handle the heat and material. Then I moved on to the windshield trims which are more complex due to the more switches. The big accent panel was probably the easiest, and the HVAC vents were probably the most difficult. I couldn't get the inside curved corners perfect. I reinstalled all the fairings and only found a few small areas where I would have 100% next time, like an eyelash fell off or a tiny air bubble etc. When everything is in place you need to go over it and reheat it . to get the memory out and make sure everything is sealed otherwise the machine will detach and fall apart once the machine hits the sun. I gave 4 stars because it is a high quality material and a very nice print. Would definitely buy again in a different color for a change in decor
