This is a fun telescope. The first photo is taken towards tiny pine trees in the distance. The second photo was taken from the same spot but through a monocular. I felt a little strange because I didn't even know there was a house there. I didn't intend to take a nice photo, I just tried. Like the telephoto lens on my regular camera, it's quite difficult to keep still. What I noticed with other test photos, the photos are taken with a round frame. I fixed it by enlarging the phone's camera slightly. Both photos were taken with the same zoom. Today I looked into the valley and saw something running across the field. Couldn't tell what it was. It turned out to be a pair of coyotes. The thing is easy to hold in your hand, even when it's cold. Much more convenient than large binoculars. So funny I'm carrying them with me today. I can wear a longer strap around my neck. FYI, the house in the photo is about 2 miles from me. Do not take off your glasses when focusing.
