Broke after 3 months. You can feel all the wires

Worked for 3 months before it started turning on and off constantly. I have a power meter that says it turns on for about a minute and then turns off for 5 minutes. After it started, he didn't get warm anymore. Complete garbage. Also, the blanket is very thin and you can feel all the wires inside.
