Helped with lice, but I wouldn't recommend it.
My kids brought home lice from school. So we had to cover everything to protect them. They definitely did their job. They are easy to put on and have undoubtedly helped us get rid of lice quickly. BUT they are HUGE! They were too big for all of our mattresses, even my daughter's 14 inch pillowcase. Excess material makes the sheets look odd and don't fit, and they trap air that needs to be released to prevent the "balloon" effect. also tend to heat up the mattress, they are noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on.
