Frustrated with the timers

So it’s 2 am and the automatic timer kicks on. not what it’s supposed to do…. the physical order came quickly and it was easy to install,,but I’ve struggled with the timer. I’ve tried the manual timer, and then the automatic simulate natural daily insulation feature, but it still isn’t right. I’ve downloaded the app, but am frustrated. Could be user error, but I’m not a stupid person by far.

These are sturdy, very adhesive dots.

Cons

The dots may be difficult to remove once attached
