It's been many, many years since I haven't welded, but I only needed a welder for these rare jobs. And maybe I'll come back to that. First impressions, this is a great welder, well made for a cheaper unit. Good finishes and quality, durable materials. Comes with everything you need for welding, so to speak. It comes with a spool of wire, you can weld wire out of the box, but you need to get some sticks to use other welding options. Once they figured it out, they immediately brewed it. I will not show pictures of mew welds because as I said many years have passed. They're not that predictable at the moment. My son tested it with me so he could compare it to his cheap HF welder. He said that this car is better in many ways, the display is a big deal. He said it was just better built. Well, as it should be, it costs a little more. Although it works fine. Biggest complaint, it comes with no instructions! argh Of course, it's not impossible to understand, but let's show that you care about your customers by explaining how to use the product they gave you money for. This is a welder, there is little to use. For example, can the wire feed speed be adjusted? As? How to use it with gas? How do you use the TIG functions? So many unanswered questions. This is a good welder as far as I can tell at the moment. If it had proper guidance from English speakers this could be a 5 star product. It's really missing at the moment. It's up to you to decide if you want to find out for yourself.
