This is a great starter for a custom individual first aid kit. It has a good assortment of standard bandages and creams, with a some nice additions, and a small set of survivalist tools which range from silly to legitimately nice, the flint & steel works fine. It's a small bag but I was able to add Israeli bandages, a tourniquet, several tubes of creams, a pill case, chest seal, and a few other things. It's pretty stuffed now but I feel safer when I'm camping or 4-wheeling. The Removable hook/loop patches are a nice touch
