refutation of my original bad review. My first 902XL toner didn't print so I opened up the next one which didn't work either. I tried customer service and tech, none of them answered the phone. Frustrated, I went to Walmart and bought an original HP that worked great. Ready to go back I decided to do my research and found out that HP sends updates to prevent third party toners from working. I did a factory reset and tried again with 3rd party toner, surprisingly it printed fine. I gave them a 3 because they had no tech support and it cost me $46 for a new HP toner to find the problem.
