A very small dog with a pointy face can get this collar wedged in her mouth while wearing it. It’s a nice collar but I think because it’s rolled it stands out from the neck more which made it possible for my little one to grab it with her teeth. Then, of course, she was caught and unable to get it out of her mouth! I had fastened it as snugly as I thought was comfortable for her. I don’t think a small dog with a bigger jaw could do this(Yorkie or Pug) but this is definitely not for a very little Chihuahua!
