Review on Electric Megainvo Automatic Cosmetic Suitable by Jane Burns

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Life has changed forever! No more brushes that need to dry!

I love this electric makeup brush cleaner and dryer! Cleaning brushes can definitely be a problem. What annoys me the most is that all the brushes lined up on the bathroom counter take forever to dry. This will eliminate it. The set includes: - 1 electric pen (two speeds) - 1 transparent plastic tray - 1 white plastic base for storing parts - 1 USB charging cable - 1 pink soft makeup sponge - 1 manual - 2 small spindle attachments - 5 rubber sleeves of different sizes , into which you insert the handles of the brushes. I recommend filling the bowl less than half full with water. You will get used to it and you will know how much water to add to be effective and also not to make a mess. I would pick a cleanser of your choice and apply it directly to the brush and then do a bit of hand work. Then you can dip the brush into the water and turn on the device. I find it helpful to occasionally press lightly on the bottom of the bowl and move and tilt the brush at different angles while brushing. The brush will then dry out a bit when you start lifting it out of the water and the splatters should stay in the jar if you did it right. I then rinse the glass and repeat with clean water to rinse. When I'm done I let the brush spin for maybe a minute and I swear it's dry enough to use! Plus, it's nice to hold it to your face while it twists and dries - it's like a little fan! I cleaned four brushes in a row and the handle was a little warm but not hot. Can't comment on how long the charge lasts, but I can't think of any issues if you're thinking about charging a lot between uses. The electric pen appears to be made of durable plastic. While using the device, the brush may wobble slightly, but that's not so much if you're holding it properly. It vibrates a bit, which can be annoying if you're sensitive to such things. It does not bother me. It makes a little noise, which doesn't bother me either. Some people might worry that this will mess up the shape of their brushes, but I haven't had any issues so far - in fact, they look perfect and fluffier afterwards. I've tried it with both dense and fluffy brushes, as well as large and small brushes. Seriously, while you still prefer to hand clean your brushes (I'll probably do a little more initial handwashing), this is so perfect for a thorough rinse and a FAST drying! I can definitely say that I will be washing my brushes more often because it's a lot less of a hassle now. I could literally pick up a brush with the intention of using it now and if it seemed like it needed cleaning I wouldn't hesitate to clean it right away knowing it will be clean, dry and ready to use in a few minutes could be protocol. Anyone who says it takes a long time is probably doing it wrong. The only suggestion I can make is maybe a small silicone insert that goes all the way to the bottom of the bowl with various spiky textures for easier cleaning. It could be nice. However, I have one of these large ones and I could technically use it in a larger bowl if I wanted to. In summary, this device works great and the current price of $19.99 seems good and on par with others. I can't make a comparison with other similar devices as this is the first one I've tried. I will definitely update my review if there are any issues with regular use. I hope my review was helpful in some way and if so I'd like to know - thanks!
