I expected a little more from these guys. I thought they were soft plastic like a regular rubber ducky but they are hard plastic. I bought 4 packs and one antenna broke at the bottom when a heavy object fell on it. As for the radiation, I knew it wasn't good for anything other than "housework." The resonant frequency is about 436MHz and the SWR at that frequency is about 1:2.5 and looks like a 100 ohm load. At 450MHz it looks like a 50 ohm load, but not purely resistive, and the SWR seems to go up to around 1:3.7. So they are good for home with cheap baofeng. Nothing more. The SWR was also tested with the Surecom sw-33 as you cannot trust the Nano VNA for a good field measurement.
