Arrived well packaged, quite easy to install. A little expensive, but as they say, buy once, cry once. I followed the advice of others and put a paper towel in the plastic pad to keep the bolt from falling into the chasm. Luckily I was able to remove it without losing it from the nest. As another reviewer said, the washers are flat. So when you tighten everything, the handle itself will only sit on a few points of the washer. If the pad were designed to match the size and angle of the handrail, it would occupy a much larger surface area. Nevertheless, they are very durable and a great addition. Another reason they are important is that they help us lift ourselves into the vehicle and position ourselves in the center of the seat before we sit down. If you can get into the car this way, your seats will be saved. Most of us get into a car, then drop onto the edge of the seat and move to the middle position. In doing so, we wear out the seat prematurely, especially the rim. Just something to consider. The bottom line, quality product, small price, easy installation and satisfaction!
