I received this a few days ago to replace a factory dock that was accidentally left in a hotel room. I connected it to an original Nintendo power bank and it worked for a few minutes before completely shutting down. I went to investigate the issue and my switch is completely dead. Won't charge, won't turn on, won't boot, nothing. I spoke to the seller about this and they offered me another dock lol lol lol. Why would I need to replace something that just destroyed my system? They managed to remove my first review but I refuse to give up, I don't want other people to have to go through what I just did. This made my kids cry because it was their favorite toy during lockdown.
