1) USB is defined as Universal Serial Bus. This microscope cannot be used with Universal Serial Bus. It has power connectors similar to those used by the Universal Serial Bus, but they cannot communicate with the Universal Serial Bus. The USB statement intentionally misleads product information. PC or MAC interface is not possible with this device. So USB is a false product claim. It has a micro SD card slot, but that doesn't make it a USB device. 2) The device I received is defective. One of the lights on the adjustable struts is not working and may never have worked. The item I received is defective. 3) The firmware of the device is not working properly. The number of images remaining changes randomly and the remote control does not perform the functions specified in the product manual. I need to return this product for a full refund.
