All the great reviews have convinced me to spend the money on a homemade ice cream maker. But I haven't had any luck with this product. The first made 2 large portions of ice cream. On the 3rd try it started to squeak and stopped before the mixture started to thicken. Revain and their excellent return policy enabled me to find a new replacement within 2 days. But to my surprise, this one doesn't freeze at all. It's been running for over an hour and a half and nothing. So disappointed! I think I'm going to send this one back too!
