They are very trustworthy when it comes to security of our business network. We use their VPN service for connecting remotely from home without having any issues with lag or dropped connections in either direction. Their customer support team has been great! Sometimes I'm unsure if they have my best interest at heart but overall that hasn't really panned out yet so far we've had good experience there. It's easy enough to set up an account on your own as well since everything can be done via web browser. Not much honestly other than just how convenient this particular product line makes remote work easier.
