The best part is that it has all of my pay information from different jobs in one place, which makes payroll much easier to manage! I don't like how you cannot use this for non-payroll related things (like vacation time). It would be nice if there was an option where we could keep our personal data separate but still have access to everything else through out system. We've been able to see what everyone gets paid at each job compared with other companies so far - nothing negative about using Payreview as long as they continue adding more features/functionality over time. Benefits are easy to track because its right under your eyes instead having them buried somewhere deep within some reports or something similar. Its made tracking benefit eligibility simple by putting those details into 1 spot. With HR being very busy these days during COVID times keeping up wtih employee needs can sometimes get overlooked when trying to stay organized. This helps us make sure employees' need their insurance while staying.
