I bought it a couple of times because I give the interns all their references on a USB stick so as not to print heavy notebooks. I haven't had an outage yet. Can't beat the price. I can afford to give them freely as compared to time-consuming notebooks, and yet everyone comes with a notebook. I add a keyring of a different color to each one so participants can tell them apart. I will order again without hesitation.
