I've used their service twice now with two different companies for employment screens. The first time was an internal search at one of our local schools. They did not charge us anything but it still took about 4 weeks since they needed some verification before I could sign off on them sending out a new resume to the employer or even receiving any kind of callback from the hiring manager. This is because we only received notification via phone call that there were 10 candidates being considered. When I contacted the recruiter a few days later he said they weren't able to verify my SSN so it would have to be requested directly from the HR department which I could not do as another candidate had filled the position already. So after 2 months passed without hearing back from him again I decided to re-apply using their "Instant screen" option which basically just sends you a text message within 24 hours if there are matches in your data base. It's free! You can apply online here. Once again they send me information over email like it should have been sent out initially. Since I've applied through this method I haven't heard anything yet and we're hoping to get hired shortly. In the past when I've I like that they have many different options of how you can get your info from them. They do not always send you the right information and when they do it takes awhile to find out what they sent. Make sure you know how much you will be paying before you sign up with them. I am solving my problem of getting all of my info into one place for future reference.
