I've used their service twice now with two different companies for employment screens. The first time was an internal search at one of our local schools. They did not charge us anything but it still took about 4 weeks since they needed some verification before I could sign off on them sending out a new resume to the employer or even receiving any kind of callback from the hiring manager. This is because we only received notification via phone call that there were 10 candidates being considered.

The ability to find any record that exists within our database with just one search using filters such as location or type of position. This system makes it easy to pull up all records when you have an employee who may be eligible for more than 1 job title but want only those jobs which match what they are searching for.
