We've just opened this item and so far so good! The instructions were very easy to set up and the print quality is good. You have the option to complete setup from your mobile device or computer using the HP Smart app. I did the setup from my iPhone and he walked me through everything step by step. We use this printer for our kids' school work, home and business, but not for heavy printing. If your needs are similar, I recommend this product. We haven't decided on an ink program yet, but it hasn't compelled me to do so. Hope that helps! :) Update: I chose the ink program and I love it. That seems like a big ink saving and it's nice that cartridges are supplied when we need them. It's been a few months now and I'm still very happy with this printer.
