Good fit. The pedestal is very strong and heavy, but due to its large footprint I decided to drill a hole in my table and set it up like this instead. After hanging 3 monitors, I could not reach the level of an average monitor with external monitors. I remembered another review where he rotated the center brace to fix the problem. I wanted to do the same but I saw the problem was how the center brace was assembled. I could tell by comparing the placement of the welds to the outer brackets that the middle one was assembled upside down. I took it apart and put it back together properly by replacing the mechanism that slides up and down with a hex head screw. I also had to rotate the entire bracket that holds the two levers. The welds are now in line with the other brackets, the height adjustment screw is still on top and all 3 monitors are aligned. I hope this helps someone else.
