When I was in college, only menthol pills and hot showers helped me with a cold. Now that I'm older and have kids of my own, I often wish I had something like this, but they were a little hard to find. I thought Amazon might have this and found this set that not only includes mint and eucalyptus, which would be great in overdrive, but also includes favorites like lavender and rose. We tried two and the scent is relaxing and I think it's good for the skin because my feet were soft. I wait for the shower to really steam and drop the bill right under the running water.
