I'm having a problem downloading the update tool. So I called support. I then had a problem downloading an update for my controller, so I called support. Both times they helped me to solve the problem, updated their site and it worked. If you have a problem or don't know how to do something, give them a call. After everything was done the finished tunes were great and I plan on customizing in the future.
