We love the portability and general white noise of this device. So much so, this is our second one (the first was the bear and was given as a gift for my first son). After years of use, I can write an honest review. No issues w the bear as far as sound goes. The bunny however, was glitchy from the start. When adjusting the volume, the sound would be strangely low or off, even in the high setting. The volume control had to be toggled to "reset” the sound. For both, the charger cord needs to have slight pressure to charge. I hate these micro USB chargers! A lot of products from China use this method is charging and I’m finding they always have issues after a short period of time. For both, I really wish the volume control was smooth rolling. Instead, it makes a loud "click” w each volume level that sometimes wakes my baby when I adjust it during her sleep. For reference, I’ve had the bear one for 4 years now and the bunny one for 3 years. They are both in working condition after being used everyday, so that is great!
