Appearance: 5 stars - You look great on the door. Build/Material Quality: 2 Stars - Very thin metal (thin and easy to bend) on flat parts and door hooks. Coat hooks appear to be durable. All parts of the bracket that come into contact with the door are pleasantly foam-backed. Packaging/Shipping Care: 5 stars - well packaged and unlikely to be damaged. Overall rating: 4 stars - based on price, appearance and construction. The quality of the material (delivery is not taken into account when evaluating the goods). Manufacturer's note: I would happily pay a little more for this fine product if it were made of better and slightly thicker metal. I understand that it needs to be relatively thin for a traditional swing door to close in the frame, but I've used others that are slightly thicker and much more rigid. I like strong, well-made products and that doesn't live up to that standard. I decided to keep the hangers because they look great and the price seemed very reasonable. If I saw this on a store shelf where I could inspect it before buying it, I'm not entirely sure I would buy it. So close to being a great product.
