Quality is not up to date
Unfortunately I had to return the shoes because the size was too small and didn't fit. I also sent the shoes back as a parcel with Deutsche Post, but the money was not refunded to me. When I contacted Katharina from Kathamag about the return a month later, it turned out that the package had somehow gotten lost. I've never experienced anything like this with returns. Very unpleasant experience.
