I found almost the same quality problem with another reviewer. At first glance this appears to be a solid product - the fabric appears to be more durable and a bit thicker than typical umbrella nylon. Unfortunately, after several uses, its shortcomings were revealed. The latch got stuck in the shaft, preventing the umbrella from closing. Also, the metal parts that hold the fabric to the ribs aren't attached with any kind of glue. They slide right off the ribs. I will not advise anyone to buy. That's expensive junk. When I asked them about the guarantee, they told me that the guarantee is only 1 month. It's practically a scam.
