I like that it has lots of different features for different types of clients. It's very easy to use and navigate. The team are always willing to help and respond quickly when you need them. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. If you're looking for a good all-round newsroom package, then this will suit your needs perfectly. We have been using Comnicate for over 2 years now and we've never had any problems or issues with the software. They have helped us out with all our audio and video production requirements.
