They have been very helpful in getting our website up & running quickly, without having any previous experience or knowledge about SEO/SEM tools themselves (which I had no idea even existed!). Their team has helped us get everything setup correctly for SEM campaigns from day one - which was exactly what we needed at this time point since it's new territory that none other vendors were able solve yet either because they didn't know how nor did their tool could do so out-of box). We are currently testing some different types off keywords but haven’t seen anything too promising as far like traffic increase goes thus there isn;'s much more work done than just creating an account etc., however if you're looking into building something fast then definitely give them consideration otherwise don"T waste anymore funds trying another vendor who will likely fail due lack resources / skillset available within.
