I had to fix a small problem but the product works as described. It must be connected to the power cord, otherwise it will not work. It didn't come with a power cord, it uses a regular iPhone/iPad charger. This also worked for Netflix, however it would not play any movies I had downloaded to my Netflix account. I assume this only works if you have internet on your phone. I wanted it to download movies to my Netflix account and then watch them on TV in the RV when we go camping. I'll keep looking for a way maybe it will work with another streaming platform like Hulu, Disney Plus or Pureflix etc. The device works as described in the product description so I have no complaints against this seller or the one I bought Product.
