The process of setting up - threading the thread through the eye of the needle threader - couldn't be simpler. Doesn't take time to master. :D Now for the cons: 1. These floss tips say they work with braces, bridges and implants, but I've had a hard time maneuvering the floss around my molars and haven't quite mastered the technique yet. 2. Sometimes the needle threader touches the lip or gum with its sharp end, which is a little painful. The needle threader doesn't work well with the thick thread I use when threading it over my eye (it's hard to get two pieces between the gum and tooth), so it definitely doesn't work with ANY thread.
