I wore these glasses for about a week before writing this review. I'm prone to light-induced migraines so doing something to reduce their frequency would be life changing and I wanted to spend enough time testing these glasses to see if they really help. Which I'm very happy to say they did. With a job, my own small business, and a hobby, I stare at a computer monitor 16 hours a day. Some days until 6 p.m. If I spend 4-6 hours in front of a computer screen and go outside in natural light, I get migraines 90% of the time. A sudden change in light almost always causes one. I usually wear regular sunglasses indoors and out to counteract this. It works but the downsides are that 1 I look like an idiot with the sunglasses on and 2 when I finally take them off I usually get migraines just before bed. With these glasses, I can wear them indoors and out with confidence, and when I take them off at night, the transition isn't so abrupt that it triggers a migraine. I have worn these glasses for over 16 hours every day for the past 7 days. I can say they are convenient, affordable and work as intended. I'm really very thankful for these things. Every day that I don't have migraines is a good day, and every day has been a good day since I started wearing them.
