It is very convenient to have a second monitor. The company is customer oriented.
Like most of us, I work between home and the office, and since I've taken my monitors home with me during the pandemic, I haven't had monitors at work. This product solved that problem. It works well and is a great product. I have a bad pixel issue after a few days of use. However, the company sent a replacement and I received it within a few days and even contacted me.
