Probably my fault. I used to order directly from SmileBrite. Her price was too good to pass up. I put one on and used it, but I knew something was wrong. I cleaned to find out the problem and finally found that it was louder. It did a good job brushing my teeth, so I kept trying to ignore the sound of the brush clicking on my teeth. Then I turned it over to use the back, a piece of rubber with tiny raised dots, and it wasn't there! It all makes sense now...Clicks, lower price, sleek rear end. If you don't use the rubber side, this is a great brush!
