Product works as advertised for my 2008 Nissan Titan. However, I have a few complaints that I would like to resolve. Pros: Goes well with my Apple CarPlay and the charger works fine. Not a fast charger by any means, but it at least saves my phone's battery if it dies while using GPS. While others have had issues with the reverse socket, this was not an issue for me. However, the tabs are the wrong size and won't snap into the bracket. 20 minutes with the dremel solved the problem and now it snaps perfectly into place and slides into the mount. I've included before and after photos to show what I removed with the dremel. The second complaint I have is that the glossy finish doesn't match the other jacks in my truck. This is a bit of an issue for me and I've thought about painting the base matte black but I don't want to cover the labels. At the moment this is not a serious problem and is not too noticeable, especially at a distance and in a dark room. Overall the product works well but just doesn't live up to the expectation and sophistication for a 5 star rating.
